Clear rules. No surprises.

By creating an account, accessing, or using DesignLoop (the "Service"), you enter into a legally binding agreement with ThyncLabs Private Limited ("ThyncLabs", "we", "us", "our"), a company incorporated in India. These Terms of Service ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and any supplemental terms applicable to specific features, constitute the entire agreement between you and ThyncLabs.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms, and references to "you" include that organisation.

DesignLoop is a system design interview preparation and candidate screening platform that provides AI-conducted voice interviews, live whiteboard analysis, adaptive evaluation, scored feedback, a curated problem library, and recruiter tooling.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before discontinuing a paid feature that materially affects your subscription.

The Service is currently in Early Access. Certain features may be experimental, subject to change, or unavailable in all regions.

Registration

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Account Security

• Notify us immediately at support@thynclabs.com if you suspect unauthorised access
• Do not share your credentials with any third party
• You may not create accounts for the purpose of automating or scraping the Service
• One account per person; bulk or shared accounts are not permitted on individual plans

Verification

We may require email verification before granting full access. Enterprise accounts may require additional identity or domain verification.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, access controls, or authentication mechanisms
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download content from the Service without written permission
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Use AI-generated interview evaluations to discriminate unlawfully against candidates
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without a written partner agreement
• Benchmark or publish performance comparisons without our prior written consent

Plans

DesignLoop offers a free tier and paid subscription plans (Pro, Enterprise). Plan features and pricing are described on the Pricing page and are subject to change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

Billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• Payments are processed by Razorpay (PCI-DSS Level 1)
• By providing payment details you authorise us to charge the applicable fees

Refunds

Pro subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide pro-rata refunds except where required by applicable law or in cases of verified service outages exceeding 72 continuous hours.

Enterprise

Enterprise plans are governed by a separate Order Form and Enterprise Agreement. The Enterprise Agreement supersedes these Terms where the two conflict.

Our Property

The Service, including all software, design, problem library content, AI evaluation rubrics, branding, and documentation, is owned by ThyncLabs and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service solely for its intended purpose in accordance with these Terms.

Your Property

You retain all rights to content you create, including whiteboard diagrams and written answers submitted during sessions. You grant ThyncLabs a limited licence to store, process, and display that content solely to operate the Service for your benefit.

Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about the Service may be used by us without restriction or compensation. This does not affect your rights to your session data.

You are solely responsible for content you post to the Discussion forum or other community areas of the Service. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to post such content and that it does not infringe third-party rights.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to the community, without prior notice.

DesignLoop uses AI models to conduct interviews, evaluate responses, and generate feedback. You acknowledge that:

• AI evaluations are probabilistic and may contain errors or inconsistencies
• Scores and feedback are intended as preparation guidance, not definitive assessments of your abilities
• AI-generated content should not be the sole basis for hiring decisions — human review is required for consequential employment decisions
• We make no guarantee that AI feedback accurately reflects the standards of any specific employer

Where you have executed an Enterprise Agreement or Order Form with ThyncLabs, the following additional terms apply:

• Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is incorporated by reference and governs all personal data processing on your behalf
• Service Level Agreement (SLA) defines uptime commitments and credit procedures
• Candidate data submitted by your organisation is processed under your instruction as data controller
• You are responsible for obtaining lawful basis for processing candidate personal data and for candidate consent where required
• Enterprise seats are allocated per the Order Form; overages are billed at the contracted rate

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THYNCLABS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any AI-generated evaluation or feedback.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THYNCLABS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THYNCLABS'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO THYNCLABS IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) INR 5,000.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR LIABILITY, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ThyncLabs and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your access to or use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property, privacy, or confidentiality right; or (d) any content you submit to the Service.

By You

You may terminate your account at any time from Account Settings. Termination takes effect at the end of your current billing period for paid plans.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. We will attempt to notify you unless doing so would compromise security or legal obligations.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Before initiating formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting support@thynclabs.com. We will make good-faith efforts to resolve the matter within 30 days.
